Jane Tanner, LMT – Deep Tissue, Swedish and Craniosacral Therapy

Jane is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, Newington, CT.  She is a CT licensed massage therapist and has received training in Craniosacral Therapy.

Jane’s love of horses led her to a degree in Animal Science and while working with horses she watched a massage session on an 1800 pound horse that was in pain with every step he took.  After 45 minutes of massage therapy, to the amazement of everyone watching, the horse went from walking in pain to a solid trot!  Jane knew there was something to this massage therapy stuff.  With her background in anatomy and physiology, she attended CCMT and learned to combine an innate hands-on ability from life-long animal experience to the techniques of massage therapy for humans including energy work.  Jane offers a session that may include any combination of Swedish, Craniosacral Therapy, Energetic or Deep Tissue Therapy, based on individual needs.
